If you connect your Tesla account, we may securely process Tesla authorization tokens, vehicle identifiers such as VIN and Tesla vehicle ID, vehicle selection preferences, vehicle status, trip information, and telemetry-related information used to provide the Service.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, session identifiers, basic request logs, and error logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

2. Trip and Telemetry Data

To provide core Service features, we may collect and process trip records, trip route points, location-related trip data, telemetry data sent from connected vehicles or Tesla-connected services, event timestamps, and diagnostic information related to trips and telemetry.

3. Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store or another platform, we may receive limited information necessary to validate subscription status. Payment card or billing details are generally processed by the platform provider, not by us.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage user accounts, authenticate users and maintain sessions, connect to Tesla-authorized services, provide trip, telemetry, vehicle, and navigation-related features, deliver customer support, send account-related emails, maintain the security and reliability of the Service, detect abuse or unauthorized access, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

The Service is intended for post-drive analysis and recording purposes only. It is not designed to assist with real-time driving or vehicle operation. Users should not interact with the Service in a way that distracts from safe driving.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may disclose information only in limited situations, including to service providers that help us operate the Service, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Trip data is retained on our servers for approximately one week.
• Old trip data is deleted on a weekly basis.
• Account-related data is retained until account deletion, unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or operational reasons.
• Logs and technical records may be retained for a limited period as needed for security and reliability.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete your user data from our systems, subject to limited exceptions where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or similar legitimate operational reasons.

The Service is not restricted to adults only. If a child or minor uses the Service, that use should occur with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
